Go to the Clerk of Court's civil case search page. Type in your
case name and search for its status. The cases remain on the general
roster until transferred to the trial roster. You may call 843-958-5027
and hear a recorded list of the cases on the trial roster subject
to trial each week. Cases in the federal courts, masters' courts,
probate courts, magistrates' courts, and small-claims court are
frequently set for trial on specific days set forth by the judge
assigned to the case. Of course, at any time you may call the
attorney.

Michael Ferri, Warren Moise, and Max Mahaffee litigate

South Carolina and federal appellate courts. Warren Moise was
an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Carolina School
of Law where he taught trial advocacy. Mr. Moise is currently an adjunct professor at the Charleston School of Law where he teaches evidence and trial advocacy.
